When you walk in the room and you're moving' so smooth I can't control myself, girl, I wanna groove. You make me feel like lovin' you, baby, feel like getting along. You make me feel like lovin' you, baby, feel like getting it on! I was talking' to you just the other day and you know what you told me made me wanna stay. You make me feel like lovin' you, baby, feel like getting along. You make me feel like lovin' you, baby, feel like getting it on! I've got the blues in the mornin' hangin' over from last night. I'm lost and lonely every single day, I've got the blues and it ain't right. I should be lovin' some sweet thang instead of being here on my own. I should be out paintin' the town instead of being here all alone. You make me feel like lovin' you, baby, feel like getting along. You make me feel like lovin' you, baby, feel like getting it on! (2x) Feel like getting it on. Feel like getting it, feel like getting it - feel like getting it on!

Your daddy don't have to know what we're doing here. Your daddy don't have to know and you momma, well she won't care. Your brother won't have to listen to that which you just heard. Your brother won't have to listen if your sister won't breathe a word. I don't care of the whole world knows or if your daddy disapproves. I'm just a young heart stealin' bandit running' away from the blues and robbin' the cradle (robbin' the cradle) (2x) robbin' the cradle; hanging' around with you. I could be your hero, fulfill your fantasies, I could tell you stories that would bring you to your knees. We could meet in secret, hide if rom your dad, we could meet in secret but I would only make you sad. I don't care of the whole world knows or if your daddy disapproves. I'm just tellin' you straight right now 'cause I've got nuthin' to lose robbin' the cradle (robbin' the cradle) (2x) robbin' the cradle; hanging' around with you. robbin' the cradle (robbin' the cradle) (2x) robbin' the cradle; hanging' around with you. robbin' the cradle (robbin' the cradle) (3x) robbin' the cradle.

This is what I want to do with my life: I want to write and play all day long I want to be a singer of song. Since it can be done then I'm gonna do it just watch me live my dreams. All that's stopping me is my not believing but that's all about to change with a brand new day I start to play with positive attitude. As I was saying: I won't have to prove that I am a winner I'll just sing my songs. And if someone wants to move to the music then they can get along with the spirit sound that's coming down - lifting you off your feet and we are dancing This is what I want to do with my life: I want to write and play all day long I want to be a singer of song, a singer of song.

What is this familiar feeling warming me inside? Deep within my heart and soul it it takes me by surprise. it such a pure high it makes me realize that life is good, yeah, it's good to be alive. I like the way I look, I feel good about myself. (2x) Sometimes I lose sight of this and all feel is gray. Nothin' seems to cheer me up; I just feel sad somedays but when I see you my troubles seem to fade and I remember that I've got it made I like the way I look, I feel good about myself. (2x) I'm so in love I'm inside; love is inside me. Oh, how I feel that I am where I want to be! Love is inside me; love will set me free! I like the way I look, I feel good about myself. I like the way I look, I do, and I hope that you do too. See you - remember I like the way I look, I feel good about myself. (6x)

I could paint a picture and put it on the wall. I could write a poem about anything all. I could sing a song about what I'd like to do but nothing seems to make things right. I can't make love without you. I just want to go now, but then I want to stay, yeah. I could write a whole book, but I've got nothing new to say. I would tell you all the things that I think are true but nothing seems to make much sense I can't make love without you. I'd climb the highest mountain if I could find you there. I'd build the finest cabin if with you it I could share. I would tell you all the things that I think are true but nothing seem stop make much sense I can't make love without you, I would tell you all the things that I think are true but nothing seems to make much sense I can't make love without you.

I can't swing. I don't know why I even try. I can't sing and I don't know how to dance. I don't know how to dance. All my life I have been told I have no voice and my songs really won't make any sense. They won't make any cents. Don't stiff the bartender; don't leave without leaving a tip. (2x) Don't forget that they're workin' hard while you're out having good times. Don't forget that they're workin' hard and hardly earning a dime. Don't stiff the bartender; don't leave without leaving a tip. Don't stiff the bartender; don't leave without leaving a tip. Don't leave without leaving a tip.

When I saw you standin' by the door I felt that feelin' I feel so many times before and I knew there was nuthin' I could do. At the party didn't have much to say I took one look at young I had to go away because I knew there was nuthin' I could do you see I knew I had fallen for you and there was nowhere to run, nowhere to hide no way to escape that feelin' inside. So I left there and walked out in the cold tryin' to forget and lighten up my load you see I knew there was nuthin' I could do once I knew I had fallen for you. Although it's over and the feelin' does fade away memories of you are still with me today because it's true there was nuthin' I could do once I knew I had fallen for you and there was nowhere to run, nowhere to hide no way to escape that feelin' inside.

I HEAR YOU 02:57
We've been in trouble since the first time that we met I couldn't leave you and I couldn't forget the way you held me on the mattress in my truck I was in heaven but I knew I was stuck with you for life. And I wouldn't change a thing, no, I wouldn't have it any other way. I hear you and I want you to know that I need you and I like you so please let me be your friend again. I had your number and you should have known not to ever let me take you home. But we got there and I had my way and this is how I feel about it today - I'm glad it's you. And I wouldn't change a thing, no, I wouldn't have it any other way. I hear you and I want you to know that I need you and I like you so please let me be your friend again. I hear you and I want you to know that I need you and I like you so please let me be your friend again. (2x)

How did I know did I know we'd be together twenty years after that day? I'd be your man and you'd be my woman and we'd still be living this way. We met on the highway, route six-sixty-six, I had just gotten a ride I saw you thumbin' so I started hummin' the tune I was a feeling' inside, oh How did I know did I know we'd be together twenty years after that day? I'd be your man and you'd be my woman and we'd still be living this way. We walked across town at the start of our life I didn't have but a dime We've been through storms, took the roof off of barns and we got what we needed in time, oh How did I know did I know we'd be together twenty years after that day? I'd be your man and you'd be my woman and we'd still be living this way. Are we the makers of nuthin' from somethin'? Is that all that we'll ever be? I'm just a man with a solid gold plan sure that this house means the world to me, oh How did I know did I know we'd be together twenty years after that day? I'd be your man and you'd be my woman and we'd still be living this way. We'd still be living this way.

This has gone on much too long, I think I've had enough. And it's time we ended this bad news relationship because I'm tired of bangin' my head against the wall. I don't like who I become when I spend time with you because you are my worst friend, I just can't be myself and I am tired of bangin' my head against the wall. I keep telling myself that I should quit but I just don't want to give up when it seems to me that I'm getting nowhere faster than I care to go. This has gone on much too long, I think I've had enough. And it's time we ended this bad news relationship because I'm tired of bangin' my, tired of bangin' my, tired of bangin' my head against the wall.

I saw you lookin' sad and I asked you, "What is wrong?" You told me it was nuthin' and not to be alarmed. But I knew there was more than you had to say. I saw a lot of trouble that wouldn't go away. I know you've got that feelin' it's kind of like your home but you will find no comfort when that feelin's gone I tried to make some sense but I spoke to the wall. Your ears could hear the wisdom - you weren't listening at all. You haven't got a problem until you feel it with your heart and so you keep denying but it's tearing us apart. You know it's tearing us apart. I hope that you will wake, start to turn around put a hacksaw to the iron of the chains that tie you down, the chains that tie you down. The chains that tie you down. (2x)

When we said our goodbyes - thought I might never see you again then I looked in your eyes it's just unreal being your friend. I want your body wanna rock it slow, wanna promise you I'll never go away but if I leave in the morning before the break of day will you remember what I'm about to say? I shall return soon. I'll be back here soon. I shall return soon to hold you in my arms forever and ever. I dig your beauty and you oughta know if I had a faith I wouldn't go astray so when I leave in the morning before the break of day there's just on more thing that I've got to say - You give me such a good vibe, thanks I needed that. What a pleasant surprise, thanks I need that, thanks, I need that, thanks I needed that!
